Returns & Exchanges

 

All UNISTELLA pieces are made-to-order and produced after your order is placed.

For this reason, returns or exchanges due to change of mind are not accepted.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

 

• The item is defective

• The item arrived damaged

• You received the wrong item

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you notice any issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at:

Please include the following information:

 

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

• A brief description of the issue

 

Once the issue has been verified, we will guide you through the replacement or refund process.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Each UNISTELLA piece is produced individually for you.

 

 

반품 및 교환

유니스텔라의 모든 제품은 주문 후 제작되는 Made-to-Order 방식으로 생산됩니다.

이러한 제작 특성상 단순 변심에 의한 교환 및 환불은 불가능합니다.

다음의 경우에만 교환 또는 환불이 가능합니다.

 

• 제품에 제작상의 하자가 있는 경우

• 배송 중 제품이 손상된 경우

• 잘못된 상품이 배송된 경우

 

상품을 수령하신 후 반드시 제품 상태를 확인해 주세요.

문제가 있는 경우 상품 수령 후 3일 이내 아래 이메일로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.
